If you have a problem with tingling in your wrist and fingers, if various items fall out of your hand and if it’s difficult for you to clench your hand into a fist, then you most likely suffer from the carpal tunnel syndrome.

This ailment attacks people of all ages and people working in various profession, who perform activities that strain their hands. Furthermore, this package is also intended for students.

We will help you to learn the appropriate habits, as well as consolidate the techniques that prevent the worsening of wrist and hand dysfunction. With the use of laser therapy, gymnastics and massages, our qualified staff will reduce your ailments, while additional discounts and attractions available in the facility will help you to spend your free time in a pleasant way.

 

The rehabilitation program (selection of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures) depends on the severity of your disease, it is determined individually and includes two stages:

 

Rehabilitation applied in the scope of prevention:

  • individual gymnastics (with the use of instruments),
  • whirlpool massage,
  • radon-active bath,
  • partial therapeutic mud compresses,
  • volcanic ash compress,
  • light session,
  • laser therapy,
  • ultrasound therapy,
  • magnetic therapy,
  • electrotherapy.

Postoperative rehabilitation:

  • individual gymnastics,
  • therapeutic mud poultice,
  • mineral-brine baths,
  • postoperative scar massage,
  • local cryotherapy,
  • galvanic current session based on 2% iodine,
  • laser therapy,
  • magnetic therapy.

This package includes:

  • accommodation in comfortable rooms,
  • full board (3 meals per day - breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet, while lunch is served at the table) - the stay starts with a dinner on the day of arrival and ends with a breakfast on the day of departure,
  • medical examination (initial and final examination),
  • emergency nursing and medical care,
  • physiotherapeutic care throughout the therapy period,
  • individual therapeutic methods,
  • physical therapy and kinesitherapy (4 treatments per day - from Monday to Saturday),
  • free use of a rehabilitation swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi, morning gymnastics, drinking treatment with radon water,
  • 10% discount on all drinks and cakes at the Sanus Restaurant.

Contraindications in the scope of this stay:

  • circulatory and respiratory failure,
  • cardiac arrhythmia,
  • thrombosis,
  • condition after loss of consciousness (strokes, heart attacks),
  • mental diseases,
  • acute inflammations,
  • cancer,
  • acute infectious diseases,
  • chronic infectious diseases (active tuberculosis, venereal diseases, parasitic diseases),
  • inflammatory foci (purulent tonsillitis, purulent inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, skin mycosis),
  • jaundice,
  • pregnancy and breastfeeding period,
  • epilepsy with frequent seizures,
  • alcoholism and drug addiction.

It’s possible to book 8-day, 15-day, 22-day stays or multiplicity of these stays. The stays always start and end on Sundays.
