Diadynamics
Diadynamic currents have an analgesic effect, improve blood supply to tissues, and improve nutritional and metabolic processes in tissues.
Shortwave diathermy
The main application of this treatment is the treatment of chronic forms of arthritis, arthrosis without exacerbations, muscle contracture, joint and muscle injuries, inflammation of the muscle insertion, bursa, tendon, fascia, and sciatica.
Electrostimulation
The procedure is used in orthopedics, neurology, rheumatology and medical rehabilitation of various muscle and nerve diseases.
Radon and brine emanatorium
This is a treatment that involves inhaling a mixture of air with radon and an iodine-bromine salt solution. This treatment is used in diseases of the musculoskeletal system, neurological diseases, male infertility and some respiratory diseases.
Shockwave
Modern shock wave therapy is a reliable way to fight pain. The damaged tissue slowly regenerates and supports the healing process in the treated area. Shock wave is a safe, non-invasive and quick way to restore mobility.
Mud compresses (feet,hands)
The heated mud mass is applied to the diseased parts of the body, immersed in special bathtubs. The treatment improves circulation, reduces pain, relaxes tense muscles and reduces inflammation.
Galvanization
An electro-therapeutic treatment involving the flow of direct current through the parts of the body that have been treated. It is especially recommended for people with peripheral circulation disorders and pain syndromes of degenerative spine diseases.
Group gymnastics
The aim of the exercises is to increase the overall fitness and physical capacity of the body, to develop the correct posture, motor coordination, the habit of purposefulness and fluidity of movements, to maintain the full range of movements in the joints, the length and flexibility as well as the strength and endurance of muscles, and to reduce muscle tension.
Gymnastics

Oxygen therapy
Oxygen therapy - inhalation oxygen therapy. Oxygen levels in our body change with age, because function of lungs and heart decreases. This happens faster, when our body is exposed to various burdens without appropriate protection - stress, harmful environmental factors, overweight and lack of exercise lead to a decrease of oxygen content in our blood. As a result, such oxygen deficit causes a decrease in performance and concentration, as well as physical and mental fatigue. Continuous increase of oxygen pressure in the arterial blood, along with its simultaneous normalisation, or possibly increase of oxygen concentration in the blood, constitutes one of the objectives of oxygen therapy. Other effects of this treatment include: increase in differential pressure of oxygen in the arteries and veins, reduction of elevated level of carbon dioxide tension in order to achieve normal levels.
