The stay in the framework of non-invasive urogynecological rehabilitation dedicated to women is mainly aimed at strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles, which weaken as a result of various factors, and lead to the discomfort associated with involuntary urination.

A very significant aspect of non-invasive urogynecological rehabilitation is learning and implementing healthy toilet habits, as well as acquiring the ability to work with deep muscles of the pelvis.

In order to achieve the best therapeutic effectiveness, it is necessary for the patient to adapt to the determined treatment program and to cooperate with a physical therapist in the scope of effects of this therapy.

The determined objective will be achieved through:

· individual rehabilitation program,

· learning to work with the pelvic floor muscles,

· increase in the bladder capacity,

· reduction of nocturia – daytime and nighttime pollakiuria.

This package is intended for women with the problems in the scope of:

urinary incontinence resulting from:

· stress urinary incontinence (SUI)

· pelvic floor muscle failure

· after injuries, however without any implants and meshes

· after urological surgeries

· changes occurring with age

overactive bladder (OAB),

· pollakiuria

Contraindications in the treatment area:

- implants

- surgical meshes

- intrauterine devices

- conditions requiring hospital treatment

- active cancer

- acute inflammations

- infectious diseases

- cardio-respiratory failure

- arterial hypertension in III period

- pregnancy

- lack of independence in the scope of performing basic everyday activities

Rehabilitation program:

In our Health Resort, the rehabilitation program is implemented based on knowledge, studies and experience. Furthermore, it covers the complete process aimed at restoring the greatest possible comfort of life, and thus the ability to work and to actively participate in personal and social life.

Our rehabilitation program is individually adapted to each person participating in the program, depending on a given health condition and the resulting needs. Health education constitutes a part of this program and it is aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, rehabilitation covers both diagnostic and therapeutic measures.

We offer 8-day, 15-day and 22-day packages, from Sunday to Sunday, with the possibility of extension.

· initial medical consultation

· rehabilitation program is determined individually and includes:

· 24 treatments in a weekly package (Monday to Saturday) selected from:

· accommodation,

· full board – breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet, while lunch is served at the table,

· the stay starts with a dinner on the day of arrival and ends with a breakfast on the day of departure,

· the price of this stay includes the use of sauna, Jacuzzi and rehabilitation pool,

· hotel day from 4:00 pm to 10:00 am on the day of departure,

· 10% discount on all non-alcoholic drinks and cakes at the Sanus Restaurant.

In the case of having current medical documentation, it is recommended to present it during the first medical consultation.
